I personally can't get myself away from the perk and it kills me because there are so many other ones that I could use. Who else has the same problem or who uses what perks in Stopping Power's place?

I use Hardline just the same amount, and Cold-Blooded in S/D and Hardcore Gametypes.

I used Stopping Power for the challenges, and when i finished those, i finished using it.
Hardline all the way.

i use stopping power in core and anything else in hardcore

On topic: SP is always good, i dont see hardline being useful.. its basically the same, SP - you can kill faster HL: you kill slower but u get a ks quicker.

If you want to get off stopping power then use the 1887s akimbo with marathon, light weight, and commando and you ill never go back
