I'm 1st prestige, level 30... & have gotten 150+ kills with my knife TODAY alone & don't have it. & thats just the ones I've gotten today. I even have blade master & still no "Hello my name is" title.

NO they all say hello! but there are three different kinds of ones! there is-its personal, my name is..., and FIRED!. To get my name is... u have to do the Challenge: "Cobra Commander: I" - Get 50 kills as a Chopper Gunner! and this is confirmed.
