I've heard that to get the STD title you have to Knife the person who has it on as their current title.

Confirmed? I'm not sure , I've been reading and hearing about it.

The STD title started from as a joke from the IW staff, you acquire it by knifing someone with it set as a title, so well you can imagine how it spreads online.
