It fixed some matchmaking issues such as throwing you in games with bad connections. Now it searches for games with 50 ping first and keeps going up in increments of 10 till it finds the best available game for you.
It also fixed the party issues because parties would often get split up before due to all the room swapping now they actually stay together most of the time which is useful

that was exactly what i was going to say, i didnt know aboout the party part though

Ok so I am having some problems when I try to find a game, for eg. Team Deathmatch or any other game for that sake, the game ends up searching FOREVER, and in doing so says NO GAMES FOUND. Prior to the 1.05 patch, everything was running smoothly, however, now nothing is working and my router settings are correct. The only thing I can do now is join my friends' games and even that sometimes does not work. I can't think of anything to do and i'm starting to get pissed off. Please if anyone has any solutions to my problem than please answer.

Same thing happens to me because my connection sucks. Takes about 5 minutes to finda a game because I cant get one with a good ping. Annoying
