I think it goes up if you call in killstreaks as well and depending on how many kills/deaths you have

I don't know exactly how it works but you get a higher match bonus for being at a higher level, for making the match round last longer, for winning the round, and obviously for getting a kill that round (you don't get a match bonus if you don't kill somebody).

So to maximize your match bonus always wait for the last second to defuse the bomb unless your ninja defusing it of course lol

How high your level is, if you won, how many points you got and how many kills you got.
