TheSpartan's and MoBaTs MW2 Leaderboards Tool
This is our tool to Mod MW2 MPData File Easily.
You just Load the File, Edits Values then Save, Easy isn't it
?
EDIT : Values in Save are in INT32 Format (4 Hex Bytes) so too big number will return Error when Saving.

Hey im wondering if anyone could help me. I got everything. When i try to open the MW2 Leadeboard exe Microsoft .NET Framework error comes up. Anything i could do to fix it ?

I tried uploading it by uploading terabytes on player 1 prestiging, going to player 2 uploading terabytes, going back to player one and uploading the mp data i edited. then going online. It put me at level 3 with no rank and although everything is unlocked my ps3 freezes upon joining a game. Help me please i will + rep you.

Supposed to be x_KNIVES_x not x_KNIGHT_x
Close enough though.To download/update your .NET framework click this link and hit download! Hopefully this will stop all .NET questions, might want to put that link in the main post.
