(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); has anyone on the PS3 got this title LEGIT beacuse i have never seem anyone with it but load of people on XBOX seem to have it beaucse people who have it = infinity ward and infinity ward plays on XBOX so PS3 = no title

some people have it on ps3, you just have to find someone with a hacked account and let them stab you.

Legit means without hacks or glitching. Surely this isn't possible without someone having it first, so basically I think they put 1 dev with it then let him lose to be knifed so it spreads. That's a pretty cool idea in my opinion, but I haven't got it and I really want it :p

The knife spread title idea? Yeah they've got one like that with the same background as the title "Toxic" but it says something like "Diseased" Or "Virus".
