I know how to do this, you need a FreeBoot Xbox 360 (Rare) and modded to read burned game.

You mod the MW2 XEX File in the ISO.
Reinject it in the ISO.
Burn the Game.
Lunch it your 360.
The FreeBoot 360 allow running Unsigned(Modded) XEX, so just go online and you will have it.

Now wait until next day, sign in on Xbox Live
See the This console has been banned from Xbox Live, Message.
