tactical nuke is, best it can do is get you 9 kills(ground war only) and it guarantees you a death, its the only killstreak reward that stops you getting more kills and kills you, it sucks.

the ac 130 and attack helli the ac 130 isnt in long enough and has to reload the attack helli is crap and it gets destroyed easy

tactical nuke is the best with chopper gunner tactical wins the game i got 1 in SnD at high rise i took the whole team out 4 times this is no lie

Definitely precision airstrike... It's total garbage. Doesnt kill shit and you have no idea where to put it. Even if you have UAV you'll get one kill if your lucky

i feel like they are all useful in certain situations

nuke, because u need so many kills for that, can kill 9 enemys, when u are lucky, and u are dead.
For chopper gunner u need only 11 kills and can kill 20 enemys and u arent dead

there all useful depending on the game and the style of play you've chosen for that round.

I have used all and have found none of them to be bad or useless.
