I don't know how someone gets it the first time but after that the only way you can get it is to knife someone that has it on. Get it? You poke someone and get there std?

The very first person stabbed an infected and obtained whoever that was I dont know from there you must stab someone with the STD title.

How to get the infected title without stabbing someone blows my mind.

You have to stab (Knife) someone who is wearing the STD title or get stabbed (Knifed) by them.

Good luck finding someone who has it. :S

Infected you get knifed by someone who has it as a title
STD you knife someone who has STD as a title that simple thats how i got both of mine.
