Well the best explanation I have for unlimited ammo, nube tubes, etc...is if the person is using the perk Scavenger. When they run out of something, the perk allows them to pick up anything they have run out of and therefore, would kinda be considered unlimited ammo, nube tubes, tat insertion, and anything that runs out. if your not dying all the time.
