hey what happen to the shout box???

whats the shout box? ive never posted anything on here before...just looked at other peoples posts

someone has to have it and they have to be wearing the title. for the std title you have to knife the person who is wearing it and for the infected title they have to knife you. I guess it started with one of IW players and slowly is branching out but i have never seen anyone with it and it slows the spread because the person has to be wearing it not just have it

get knifed by someone that his it set as their title and u will get it

I have STD, and have gave it out a lot. Every time I knife someone they get it.
