I know its only level 30 but I think that they should be unlocked earlier to encourage people to take down air support. The AT4 is a piece of shit and is not even worth trying to use in my opinion. So when people first decide to use the launchers at about level 10 say, they are going to get completely raped. To make matters worse you don't have cold blooded at that point in time. So until at least level 25 you have to put up with getting raped by air support. Even then you can't take it down because the launchers are crap.

I think it should be unlocked at something like level 10 definately. Otherwise no one will use launchers and they will always get raped by air support.

Honestly how long does it take to get to level 30? Usually about an hour. And being able to take down air support should not be given to everyone from the start. I think it is good how it is.
