The first class has martyrdom as a perk (replaces your frag but acts just like COD4 martyrdom) + more. Other classes are hacked as well, you can change to your liking in game.

It doesnt stay after downloading, you have to load it up everytime.

Yea i think painkiller is in one of the classes. This isn't permanent, no clue how to do that.
