No... Whats pro about hiding in a corner listening for the slightest footstep? I've seen a few tournaments, & they're never wearing headsets. They're earways are free for communication. Wow! you have to buy special headsets to maintain the K/D I get while ****ing around. I suppose buying & using steroids makes you a pro athlete aswell? Buying an advantage is the furthest you can get from pro.

I think I_Own_Core_Noobs just gets pissed when people use them, but in all reality, go for a pair of turtles. The basic one's are fine, and they run on the power from the USB connection, so you don't have to deal with replacing batteries all the time either!

Astros with mixamp is the best you can buy without getting to deep into audiophile stuff. Look on ebay and craigslist maybe you can find them in that price range but new they run 300$ plus
