Moderate - Matchmaking will go more slowly, you'll get into less games, and host migration will be harder.
Strict - You'll get into less games, matchmaking might take a long time, and you will fail to migrate to a new host more often.

Anyway Reading GILL's Explantion The Best Bet Guys Is To Just Reset Your Router I Have Heard From Alot Of My Friends It Turns Your NAT To A Much Better Standard Allowing You Join New Host (Host Migration)... It Turned Mine From Strict To Open.. If You Still Have No Luck Then Check Out GILL's (DMZ Tutorial)
