Step 1: Be one level before you unlock a perk
EXAMPLE: Level 16 close to ranking up (unlock scrambler at 17)

Step 2: Find a match and rank up

Step 3: Wait until the game is over

Step 4: Wait until you are back in the lobby and the game summary pops up showing you unlocked the perk QUICKLY unplug your Ethernet cable (wired only)

Step 5: Then reconnect to Xbox live (or probably PSN too) and you should have unlocked all the perks after the one you just unlocked. I don't know if just unlocks only the same color perk or all of them. I think it is probably the same color but I'm not sure.

NOW personally I tried this, I happened to be level 16 too and it didn't work for me the first time. I'm going to try again at level 20-21 and I hope it works. I saw a many people say it worked, but I saw many say it didn't work, so don't flame if it doesn't work for you. I'm just sharing what I found.

AGAIN NOT FOUND BY ME and I did take the tutorial from another source, but I rewrote it to make it more understandable.

I just said I didn't see it. Thanks for assuming I sit on NGU reading every thread that comes through like you must. Couldn't you have been a little nicer about it like the first person that said this was already posted instead of being an ass? I mean obviously "you read it, then posted it again for no reason..."
