The new patch includes Model 1887 rebalancing, Prestige Hack patched (for PS3), and the public "private" matches.
PS3 got the patch at around 6 A.M. (EST) on the 18th. XBOX got it at 2 A.M. (EST) on the 23rd. Still awaiting PC patch.
