I see alot of people using it but idk why. I think it gives away spot but idk.

It doesn't exactly give away your spot, just tells the enemy there is someone near them. And that can sometimes be an advantage.

People will end up searching for that person, and generally they will look around corners or in popular hiding spots, leaving their back open for a quick stab

i find it an advantage when someone uses it against me but the reason they could use it is because they like the pro version? dnt no

Yea it's pretty garbage imo. Everytime my radar gers fuzzy I know someone is about to walk around the corner. It's kind of like, "hi I'm here! Come kill me!"

that all you have to do is look for the person thats around where u are i mean thas whats i do and i to get the quick easy knife stab

That's the exact reason. They get worried that there is someone near them and pay attention to their UAV and are a little bit too cautious....although some people (like myself) disregard thosew using the scrambler perk...if there in my view, they r dead
