I'm 2nd prestige level 36 and I find this to be the best:

Primary: Tar-21 with Silencer and Heartbeat Sensor
Secondary: Striker with Silencer and Foregrip
Perk 1: Bling Pro
Perk 2: Cold-blooded
Perk 3: Ninja Pro
Death Streak: Martyrdom

you all have it all rong, you mini uzi an dump5 will not stand a chance at length, ok
if you are a low level then what you need is the scar silenced with heartbeat
or if you are higher then go for the m16 with silencer and heart beat

perks will have to be
bling pro
coldbloded pro
ninjapro (sometimes i use scrambler pro-dont ask)
finalstand
claymore and stun
second weapon if you are low down then pp2000 with silencer
now you have a moore accurate weapon and a higher power one aswell
you will be getting those all inportant kill streaks in no time.

You can't get a heartbeat sensor on a UMP

Oh wait, not UMP, Tar-21, lol, getting my classes mixed up.

Tactical insertion

If you have cold blooded you're ready to take down air support. You might aswell make use of that perk and get the extra 300 points for taking down harriers. It's not like you need a secondary because you have scavenger pro. Tactical insertion is vital when going ninja, you don't want to get killed and have to trek all the way across the map again. As for stun nades, the animation is quicker than it is for flash.

i don't really use stealth,usually snipe but my m8 is always pure stealth classes and he uses:

FAMAS red dot sight and silencer
thumper(to clear rooms or fire through a window if hes pinned down)
bling
cold blooded
ninja

and it definately works well for him, the famas 3 shot burst really helps with not having stopping power as its still usually a 1 burst kill
