To open this on Vista and Windows 7 right click it and select Properties. Go to compatibility, and choose Windows XP SP1 from the Drop down menu, and tick Run as Administrator. Then hit apply. Double click on the file and it will self-install. For XP users, just double click on the file, and it will instantly self install
Next Download PS3 Proxy from here:

Once downloaded, extract it. To make it easier, I extract it to my Desktop. Then open the PS3.Proxy_Server folder, and double click on the PS3.ProxyServer setup file. It will Self install. To make it easier I install it to my desktop again.
Once installed Vista and Windows 7 users will have to change compatibility again. XP users can skip this step. All you need to do is the same as before, right click on the PS3.ProxyServer.GUI file, and select Windows XP SP1, and Run as Administrator. Then both XP and Vista & Windows 7 users just simply double click the file, and it will load up.
Next you need to find out your IP address. To do this on XP, click start, run, then type CMD. In CMD type in ipconfig and hit enter. Windows 7 & Vista users just click start, and in the search box type CMD. Then type ipconfig and hit enter. The number you want is the one called IPv4 Address. Take that number, and type it into the PS3 proxy's IP address box. Tick PS3 mode and leave it there.
Then, go onto your PS3, and go over to the Settings tab, and select Network Setting, then Internet Connection Settings. Click OK, then Custom, and keep hitting right until you get to Proxy Server. Click down, then click on use. In the IP address box type the IP address from earlier, (The IPv4 Address), and change the port to 8080. Then keep hitting right, save your settings, but do not test your connection.
Go back to PS3 proxy and hit start
Then go to your PS3 and sign in. Once signed in, delete the Modern Warfare 2 Game Data, and Copy on your hacked save.
Go back to PS3 proxy, and go to the replace files tab, and make it look like mine, by adding both on the left and right. Once that is done, Go back to your PS3
Now load up MW2. No Patch prompt will appear! Then follow the normal steps to do the prestige hack:
Go to multiplayer, then select play online. Return to multiplayer, and go back to split screen.
Then load up your first data

This one is called HACK. Hit the go Prestige Option in Split Screen.
Then load up you second file

This one is called GSY.
Return to the multiplayer menu, and go back to play online. You will now be lvl 70 what ever prestige you put. Now hit Go prestige again. You will now be next prestige lvl 1. Quit game put all your internet settings back to normal. Now with the normal settings applied, start up MW2 and install patch 1.07
Now your Level 1 the Prestige you Wanted to be! The account is 100% playable!

This video will NOT be covering leaderboard hacking itself, as. that is a different tutorial. Do not ask me to make that tutorial. It will be available if it decides to become available.
I believe in the wellness of online gameplay - but I believe more in what companies promise their gamers. Don't be mad at the hackers, be mad at the companies. HSx9, who discovered this hack, told FourZeroTwo (executive @ InfinityWard) about this exploit, and FourZeroTwo simply brushed him off.
Now there's a price to pay. AFTER the exploit started being used by everyone, FourZeroTwo finally replied, by saying...
"Level gameplay is a first priority, following leaderboards and exploits."
So if gameplay is a first priority, and he doesn't care about leaderboards / exploits, then let the exploits roll.

People can disagree with this whole process; as you can see, in this video, I took my account to the lowest prestige; so don't say stupid crap in my comments about me cheating.
This video is for educational purposes, and is basically for IW itself. //If there weren't any hackers, then things would be a lot worse. Keep that in mind.
