I was hoping no one else would find that secret room. O well you posted the video first therefore you have the credit. On the backside of the building where he does the elevator at 7:00 there is a long gap on the bottom of the building where you can also do an elevator. I used this to get on top of the building.

I was actually using that secret room to defend "A" in domination. The windows are a perfect sniper spot.
