for Infected, I have to shoot/knife you for you to get it. Example, I am wearing the Infected callsign and I see you, I think I have to knife you for you to get it. I think I shot someone and I got it that way. But if you want to add me, my PSN is Dark_Shadow1995

To get infected you must be knifed (melee only) by a person wearing the Infected callsign.
To get STD you must knife a person wearing the STD callsign.

Can't seem to get an STD... well that's a first. j/k
