what ever you say the setup is this is assuming the person somehow gets all 3, so if you say airdrop emp and nuke then the person would have all 3 of them So saying anything with the nuke is a bad idea

you gotta use all 3 killstreak spots so no nothing notning nuke post lol.

Same as yours but with EMP instead of Counter UVA. EMP is not worth 15 kills in anyone's books

I know what you're saying, its not useless. However there are more effective killstreaks.

yeh only use it when your teams gettin f***** up by campers in one spot.
