what i done eachtime was throw it really far , or really high .
it mite just be a fluke , but it happend evrytime i got a care package .
i got the ac130 , chopper gunner and harrierstrike all in 1 match , also along with a couple of sentry guns .
i now do this all the time i get a care package and so far i have never got the crap " AMMO""UAV""COUNTER UAV"

Ammo is useful if you don't have Scavenger Pro and you're using a gun that not many people use, like the F2000.
UAV is useful, because it allows you to see everyone in the game, allowing you to prevent people trying to Chuck Norris (Run around with a pistol with Tactical Knife, an SMG with silencer, Marathon Pro, Lightweight Pro and Commando Pro knifing everybody)
Counter-UAV is extremely useful because it helps your teammates sneak around and get kills without silenced weapons.
UAV adn Counter UAV also serve another purpose, when noobs reach level 30 and unlock Stinger, they try destroy all things in the sky. When they try destroy your UAV or Counter-UAV, it wastes their rockets, so when they run out you can call in the good stuff like Harrier and Chopper Gunners without them bothering you.
Finally, I enjoy getting those 3 because it's funny watching noobs on the enemy team going to steal it and then realising I'm camping it. It gets me more kills than I would with a Harrier, I can tell you that. Only downside, noobish teammates who try capture your package while you're camping it.
