no sadly there is not that the closest thing would be aimbot but its not released

Well there is something like that, go into a story mode mission then options then turn on "Aim assist" and then go online, ur crosshairs will slow down if they move over an enemy and I think it can help to snap on but not as well as it is from story mode.
