all the titles and embles you have you will keep + you get some extra like hard eight and all prestige symbols

You keep all your titles and emblems and you also get the prestige titles (Round 2, Third Time Charm, 4 The Record, 9 Lives, etc.) And you do also keep your camo even though the weapon isn't unlocked yet or you haven't completed the challenge yet.
