Depends how lucky i'm feeling. If I haven't play for a few days it goes down too about 7. Otherwise it's all about 10.

If you get used to it and you're not too jumpy, 10 is downright best logically. But it takes a good amount of time getting used to it. If you're only a casual player I recommend around 5 or 6.
