I know how to do the prone, crouch and jump but i have no clue how to do the drop one

when you move left or right do you just keep tapping B or

yes,you move left while holding a tact & when you fall,you let go then go kill yourself.then you decrease your gun angle to nearly straight then repeat the first step & when you think your in the right place,you jump & tap b or 0 twice,
ill put up a vid soon.
