To become a good Quick Scoper its not as much as pratice its getting in a game and doing it.

use this set up
Gun: Intervention (acog)
Perk 1: Slight of hand pro (you need pro for faster aiming)
Perk 3: Steady aim pro.

thats all you need.
and the ability to sniper.

just set that up and go into a game and see how you go.
if you havnt got slight of hand pro then its pointless... it takes too long to aim

why not reg scope? and this is very difficult lol
