(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well everytime now when I load up MW2 and it hits the menu where you pick: play,options,mainmenu,quit. It decides to lag out for 2-3 seconds then is fine after that.

Would this have to do with the fact that I prestiged my account to 10?

Because I reformatted and I still have the same issue, and it didn't do this before I prestiged my account.

hey i have a ps3 and it does the same thing. only after i hacked my prestige... thought i was crazy then i saw your post. has this happined to anyone else with a ps3?

It does that anyway as normal on all consoles. You have a guilty Conscience thats why the slightest thing makes you think WTF! lol
