to unlock killstreaks again, even if it says you have one available unlock you will not be able to actually use it until you reach the level on the next prestige, side from the level you were on when you did the hack. So if you were level 43 when you did the hack and now you are level 37 on 10th prestige you need to get back up to level 43 for your killstreaks to start working again.
