i dont know who the people are, is it real for ps3 ??? or only for xbox and the guy is lieing

he says in the description download it and put in to mp file and it works on any console :O

then he says, i uploaded it to (i forgot the site he writ) and he says it makes u take a quiz (i was thinking wtf ?)
