(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); can some one explain the step how to do a drop elevator?

I know how to do prone, crouch and jump!
What are the step ?
do you need to be on Legacy southpaw like the other elevator?
When you move back do you keep tapping b? or you need to press jump + crouch + crouch?

I try both but i just keep falling!
