Scavenger is the best because if you are good and stay alive for a long time, chances are that you will run out of ammo but not with scavenger pro you won't

Cold Blooded is great too because the enemy never knows where you are on the map unless they physically see you.

What a stupid thread, different perks are used for different things. Anyone would go for stopping power over everything.

That's why i asked which do people think is the best and most useful.

cause stopping power is useful in hardcore? no.....
I think Cold blooded is the best. It stops killstreaks from seeing you, people can't find you on map, and your name won't show up

Who ever thought of the Scavenger perk is a genius. I would give them a high five. So great running around and right when you walk over a body more ammo, omg. Second best to me would be One Man Army, i sometimes use it instead of Scavenger. Both great and make the game great. And help the earth...

I use to be all about cold blooded when i first got to level 70 but now since prestigin an doin it a few times for me its all about one man army, as its better than scavanger pro imo as i dont have to go near the body to regain ammo, add claymores an Grenade launcher an your pretty much set to go n will get a lot of kills plus u will piss people off so much that its worth doin lol
