He does not have extended mags. Watch as the countdown is going - It just says 'red dot sight'. if he had both it would say Bling. And thats no more than 30 bullets at the bottom right corner

your use to only seeing 20 bullets in the scar when the m16 has 30 by default

Is it possible to have extended mags and heartbeat sensor on SCAR? My extended mags don't work when i use that combo.
