Me and my friend like to one vs one during cage matches, but recently, i get a problem when i join the cage match s with him. It says that it's waiting for more players, otherwise saying there are not enough players in the lobby. Does anyone know why it is doing this? Possibly the patch cancelled out friends being able to cage match each other but that would be ultra gay..

Interesting. I have not heard that before. I have not tried a cage match with a budy so I'm not sure.

this happens to me. Only way to get together with your friend now is to start it at the same time and hope you get paired. Works more often then expected, and if you don't get paired, then just both of you exit the lobby and start searching at the same time again.

It's quite annoying to be honest. As for trying to get into the same lobby by clicking cage match at the same time... it hardly never works for me, it's more of a hassle that way. We were on the same network trying that with both of our ps3s/Tv's right beside each other with no luck. (of course this was just to see if that method worked) we do of course private match sometimes. Although, i'm glad that i'm not the only one having this problem. If anyone figures out a way around this beside's Getting lucky, I'd be glad to know. Thanks for reading.

can your buddy join another session.. say a domination match?

Oh, yes he can. He can join any of my session, and i can join any of his. Just not cage match sessions. Any other game type we can.

huh... didn't realize this wasn't possible any more. WTF.

I am not 100 percent sure it's this way with everyone. Just for sure with me. Seems i'm the first to post about it, good luck to whoever Figured out how to bypass it =D
