What you do is when the hq is at this spot go on top of it and go as close to the thing in the middle. Then just jump and crouch. If you do it fast enough you wont fall down and you can then walk forward.

We have no idea where this is from the description, we need a video.

I think he means when the HQ is upstairs you get on the HQ box and jump onto the locker things.

But better to post a video before people start fleming then it would have to be closed.
