your best bet is heading over to game-tuts.com they do mostly 360 hacks, there a little bit nicer but they lack on ps3 hacks.

Anyway here is about the line up.....
Thetechgame- Usually finds the hacks first.
NGU- has all the tuts for PS3 hacks
Game-tuts- has most the 360 tuts.

and no im not advertising just pointing out common knowledge
