I tride it during the prestige hack but as soon as a prestige it takes away all the emblems and guns that my profile doesnt have. Is there way to do the prestige hack but stay at level 70??? also keep all the emblems and weapons?? Thanks

This is fairly simple:
1. Plug in your flash drive
2. Make sure you are on the XMB and navigate to game->save data utility.
3. Select your save, push [TRIANGLE] and select copy
4. Select your flash drive

All done!

no unfortunately you cannot get to level 70 on 10th prestige, the only way to do this is through a a xp lobby where before you prestige you get enough xp to boost you up to level 70. But when you prestige you should not be loosing any of your titles or emblems that you have already earned, It will rest all your guns, camos ect but shouldn't take away those others. Nor does it give you all titles or emblems either you have to earn those on your own!

if you're on the PS3 trying to do the prestige hack you need to look at the respective threads. They will give the details on how to by-pass the patch and do the prestige glitch. However when you do the prestige glitch you start at lvl 1 for the respective prestige you want to be.

if you're xbox, check out the xp lobbies and pay the money to get hooked up.
