The hax is that if you get killed with & the other person wih thehack on you will be set 2 LVL 1

yup its true, when guys were in a round with a bunch of 10th prestigers. their rank got set back to 1. but if you were on prestige it would only reset you back to one on that prestige.

But yes the rumors are true, it's for 360 only though
