in mw2, most quick scopes simply dont register as hits. i can give countless examples of times when, if the clip was played back in slow-mo, it would be clear that the cross hairs of the scope were directly over the enemy's body, but alas, no hit. in cod 4, if the enemy was in the cross hairs, they got hit.
