No, I believe you can be any age. I don't know why they would restrict it because it's just soda. But I can tell you for sure that I bought it a couple times a week when I was 15 so I don't think you'll have a problem.

I don't know if your from the UK, but most of the shops around here you have to be 16 to get it.

Why would it have an age restriction where you live? That's strange lol its everywhere, in stores, vending machines, etc. Where you from?
