I don't care. Unless it hits the point of no return like CoD4, W@W, and MW2. Such amazing games laid to rest because of hacks.

MW3 being "unhackable" will pretty much be impossible. The GSCs are SURE to be precompiled into the self/eboot, and if someone knows how to, it is possible to edit the precompiled scripts. Sure, it is hard, and it isn't feasible without understanding how the engine works almost perfectly, but it is possible. Besides, there probably will be some infections online. No CoD has escaped infections.
