In the package you get to Pre-order a 1 Year MemberShip of COD Elite and get a Exclusive theme.
You will get a discount on the 9 DLC's that are going to be out for MW3

You will be able to download the actual MemberShip on November 8, 2011

It will not be able to be game shared because as Adam said, it will most likely be under "services." Its just like Playstation Plus, but for a game.

Doesn't the founder status only come with the Hardened Edition of MW3? Or can you get it via pre-ordering CoD Elite too?

Read the description in the Store it say that you get Founder status if you pre-order.
