Apparently only big name retailers ( GameStop, Walmart, KMart, etc ) will be getting it. He said he will be able to confirm/deny this on TUESDAY. So on Tuesday i will post what exactly he told me. So, if you pre ordered the Hardened Edition from a mom and pop shop or a smaller store be aware that they might not get it.

I dont think this is true at all. Shops will have by now already put orders in for their stock needed and have the game either in a warehouse somewhere or awaiting to be shipped to them.

Thats my opinion but i may be wrong.

I stick to ordering through Best Buy so I don't have to worry about stuff like this.

a week ago Gamespot told me that hardened could no longer be pre-ordered on either console.
Even though online it still has the option -___-
so anyways i just bought the normal w elite.

Mom and Pop's shops usually give out the game early.

I wouldn't be so sure. They cancelled my Black Ops Hardened Edition a month after I pre-ordered it last year...
