@NWEenglish You earn Prestige Points, and each item costs a prestige point. You get 1 point per prestige, other ways to earn them also.

i was hoping for this....now it seems that you will get a chance at more tokens...so now once i prestige i can use the token to unlock gear and threw out that prestige i will have a chance unlock another token to unlock something else....

@JackEdwards20 Yes, you can spend your Prestige Point whenever you want, it doesn't have to be right when you prestige.

@ICAnBeMe412 Nope, all prestige menus are locked until you prestige the first time.

@AShiddyGamer It lets you completely start over with a full reset, rank and all, so you can start it all over from the beginning.

@Harrison631 You unlock Prestige Shop when you prestige which lets you choose your prestige reward, taking 1 item with you is an option.

@bmeservey Yeah, you choose something to carry over with you at the start of your next prestige. Only 1 proficiency per weapon at a time.

@Demonify Takes you back to rank 1 so you can do everything all over again. It was a major request by our max rank max prestigers

Maybe a way to unlock more prestige points is by maxing out a weapon's level. sounds pretty cool to me
