Yes since its 1 prestige point per game you have prestiged atleast once on. So someone first prestige and someone tenth prestige on the same game will get the same amount of prestige points for Mw3.

lol i am prestige 10 in cod4 and cod5 and mw2.In Black Ops I am 8 i believe. Will i get 38 Prestige Tokens? That would be boring.

Are you high?
i think you all have it wrong so what i understand is no matter what prestiege you are you only get one token as long as you have prestieged atleast once. also i think i heard it is only for the games created by infinity ward (the good ones) cod4, and mw2. hope this helped
