Yes the custom classes should stay until you reach 10th prestige and choose the option to reset stats, but I'm not 100% on what reset stats may do. I am lead to believe it resets you fully (As though you're new), but no one has done it yet to confirm this. No, you only get 1 token for prestiging in 1 COD game, so in total you can have 4 only (COD4, WAW, MW2, BO). Regardless of hacking or legitimately prestiging you will get a token for it.
