The prestige titles in MW3 suck ass, not going to lie. I suppose the game gets boring after a while if you don't prestige, it's up to you. You can unlock more stuff from the prestige shop if you prestige like titles and emblems which are pretty cool.

End of the day your choice

imo it not worth it but i just do it otherwise i get bored
